Hi All
Posting these here because figure most everybody who drives their CMP read this area. Question 1 - When was the last time you check your lug nuts? Reason I asked was doing the spring check up on the trucks, was all most done the last and for no particular reason I grabbed the torque wrench and checked a lug nut. Not loose but not tight either. So I checked all 88 found that though none were really loose about half needed to be tighten to get them to the 105-110 ft.lb level. I'm using this range as this is a logical tightness given the length of the bar in the CMP tool kit. Does anybody have a more specific torque value? Question 2- Who was asking about speedometer cable length? My Chevy Pat 12 is 87 1/2 inches long while the Patter 13s are 95" Cheers Phil
