S-318 Shelter
Looks like I have stumbled on to an S-318 Shelter for use on the old 3/4 M-37. I thought it was a newer S-250 when I saw the add. Very happy that it is the older variant. Does anyone have any pics or info on the use of this shelter?

|
Canada milked those poor old shelters over a couple generations of trucks. They were around for the M37 era, then transferred over to the 5/4 ton gas fleet. I never saw them on the LSVW, but they were still floating around the regiment into the Y2K era. Not sure where they are now, as I have not seen them around the base, so possibly they went back to depot or were disposed of when I was away.
