Default Chevrolet C60S Restoration

Hello, Its been a while since I have been on here. I restore WW2 vehicles for a living, and I was recently asked to go and visit a farm in the county of Norfolk, here in the UK. Well on arriving after a good chat and a coffee, i was taken to a barn to look over the truck in question well after a good going over, I came to the conclusion that it was well worth restoring. It was only when i collected and got the vehicle home and starting a blog on another site I found out how rare the vehicle is, or the body. Well here are a few pics, the state of play at the moment is I am still on the strip down, but its in a quew of vehicles waiting to be completed. I should be on the rebuild full time in about 6 weeks, but may well get odd bits done during other work.

Howard,

great to see you here. You really have a good project there; well done.
We spoke about the rare 3C1 bodies on HMVF; you should be able to find some more info on the body here on the forum.

Alex
