This article appeared in The Canadian newspaper "National Post" on Wednesday April 20, 2016, Page A9.
The article discusses WW2 Valentine Tank and CMP production while at the same time raising questions about the recent Canadian sale of LAV 3's to Saudi Arabia. The author tries to blend WW2 Vehicle Production, Stalin's Barbarism and Saudi Arabia's human rights record into one coherent newspaper article. While each issue deserves discussion, comparing Canadian WW2 vehicle production to the recent sale of LAV 3's to Saudi Arabia doesn't work.
In any case it is an interesting article published in the home of the CMP. The article in the newspaper's print edition has a picture of a Cab 12 CMP 15cwt. Below is a picture of Valentine tanks being loaded on Canadian Pacific flat cars. A different pictures appears with the web site article.
