Default CMP Cab for F60

Dear Friends,

In starting to sort out the restoration of an F60 CMP, I am seeking either a complete cab or portions to restore my project. In particular, I am seeking a solid top with hatch and the windshield frames. I will also be seeking a passenger seat and side curtains but those are certainly far down the road . . .

Thank you

John+

Default Which Pattern Cab?

Hi John

Good to hear another CMP is being restored in the States. To help with your parts search which Pattern Cab do you have 11, 12 or 13? Not that it matters for your current search but is it a long or short wheel base 134 or 158 inch?

Cheers Phil

Hi,

It's a type 13, standard length wheelbase.

It is reasonably complete but for the the passenger seat, upper hatch was removed and welded in, roof is perforated, not sure whether instrument panel is salvageable, left wind screen is severely rusted and compromised and numerous other things you expect from a 70 year old wreck.

Thank you for your interest and any help that might come.

Best regards,

John+

John both 134in and 158in wheelbases were 'Standard' to CMP trucks.
The F60S had the 134in and the F60L the 158in WB. Both cabs were the same though.
