I'm pretty sure that this windshield defroster combination of for Fox armoured car. It has a Hamilton Bridge number 7427-A720 ( the format of many H-B numbers in the Fox parts books) but is a high number that is not in my Fox books. Also I can't reconcile to shape with the exterior photos available of the Fox with the front armoured hatch in position. Any help? Photo to follow: trouble with my internet connection. Brian

The Lynx II windshield as shown has many similar components but not the same as mine. The Lynx idea may lead somewhere however... Brian

Definitely Fox. When not in use it sits in a special bracket on top of the battery box on the driver's right side (just visible in the lower right of the pic).

Thank you Bruce. The interior view of the Fox make it all logical. Hamilton Bridge evidently used many of the specialized fittings to also produce the Lynx windshield...... Brian
