Ford V8 gearbox on eBay - Carrier?
This gearbox is for sale on eBay, I don’t know much about Carrier gearboxes, but could it be one, if so might be useful to someone. No connection to seller.

It could be carrier, but the price is a bit high in my opinion. I have converted regular Ford Truck transmission housings into carrier transmissions in the past. I just had to drill and tap a couple extra holes on the backside of the transmission housing so the rear output bearing plate could be installed with all it's bolts. I had to use the output shaft form the carrier as well as the clutch release rod.

It's a 3 speed gearbox from a car, not Carrier.
Carriers used 4 speed Truck gearboxes with all straight-cut gears.
