4" smoke discharger remote actuating lever

I'm after a remote actuating lever similar to the one in the attached picture. Am also after a pair of short bowden cables that are associated with it (I believe that they come in different lengths... I suspect 2' may be the shortest length they come in). Any assistance appreciated.
