Canadian Wireless Set No 19 20 ft Telescopic Mast
I don't know if there has been a thread about these already,but I thought I'd let people know just in case. (quiet fancy one myself,but the postage might cripple me).

Masts
The masts are now part of the SAR Halftrack Command Post, to go with the wireless sets that have just arrived(Yesterday- 3 Mar 05).
The vehicle is coming along fine and we should hopefully have the wireless sets up and running by the end of the month. Funny anecdote, as I was showing our SQMS the masts, he said come with me..... And then gave me two more masts from our Militia stores.... Apparently the 524 sets used the same masts up untill we recieved our new TCCS gear. Who would have thought.... 60 yr old masts still in our QM? I wil have to have a thourough look for other treasures soon. Cheers Rob McCue Sgt BSQN SALH
