For Sale: Thompsons militaria and collectables sale Vic, AUS

Hi all,

I hope you can please share this email with your friends. I have been down in Victoria assisting my mother and sorting out all my father’s militaria and collectables. We have sold some off privately and we are planning a shed sale from 8am until 4pm on Saturday 17th December. (Refer to the attached flyer). Members from your clubs are welcome to come along. I will release the address the day prior. There is security and people are welcome to bring their military vehicles or their modern car and the parking will be onsite. (Follow the signs and do not park on the road.)

I am sure you are very busy with preparing anything for next week, but is there any chance you can share some more info on the shed sale here on the forum? I am afraid a bunch of us are not on facebook...and it's not one those pages you can view as a non-member.

Hi Alex,
We are moving out of the shed by the 31st December and are having a sale on 17th December to get rid of the majority of items that are still in the shed. Fortunately, the Studebaker and the 2 Blitz trucks were sold this week and we are encouraging military vehicle enthusiasts to bring their military vehicles. We have a paddock alongside where the vehicles can be parked and it is also available for general vehicles. There is security on site so people will have to wait until the shed opens at 8am. Food and drinks are available within a couple of minutes drive from the property. i will forward the address on Friday evening.
We look forward to seeing everyone who comes along.

Thanks Alex. I have found some amazing things in his collection. All 3 vehicles have now been sold and 2 were collected today. I will share some photos.
