Default Where?

Stephen,

The last time I was at FIG there was 2 feet of snow on the ground and everybody was frozen by the end of the day.

The place you pictured looks like Florida or California - somewhere warm.

Any day with a Carrier drive is a good day!

Thanks , & I hear ya . I am in the same boat . Lose days and it is minus dollars , yes ?

If the lads think I am hauling them around , they better think twice .... and get ready to tie their ammo boots to a stick , waving them around , chasing me & hollaring , " Messiah , Messiah , Bless Us O Lord ... !" ( scene from 'Life of Brian' , from those crazy
Monty Python guys ... hahahahahaha .... )

This Is Kim one of the ladies that sat in the carrier for the trip back to the Barricks after the battle. You didn't have to ask me twice to give her a lift

Steve...is that a smile or a grimace? I guess the average size of a Homo Sapiens male has greatly increased in 60 years which is strange as our morphology had been stagnant for millenia! I imagine a seviceman's size strongly influenced his choice of careers. Ever tried to fit in a Ball Turret? Or even make the traverse from the Bombardier's position to the Pilot's seat in a B17? I once sat in the seat of an ex-R.A.A.F. Hawker Sea Fury and even though I'm only slightly above average size (6' 2" 235lbs.) I had to roll my shoulders forward to fit. Would have been darned uncomfortable to have to fly an entire mission that way!
