Meteor
Hi everybody
Can you please let me know whether this link works for you? It is a quicktime file of a Meteor making the lovely "blue note" caused by the cannon shell ejector chutes and only happens over 350 knots of airspeed... Blue Note

Just put in the Spitfire as well...
And made a simple link page to assist you including a download source for the Quicktime player (which you should all have anyway). Still to come are the Mustang/Spitfire duo, Solo Mustang, Canberra and many more...

Hi Keith,
Both links work for me, even if they do come out a lttle small (2" x 2" ) in the screen. There's just something about the merlin installation in the spit that makes it different. We used to go to a lot of airshows before the kids came along and you always knew it was a spit coming towards you and not a hurricane or mustang.!!! magic!!!!!!!!!!

The right size
Yes, they are small to keep the file size down - under 140k each.
Sound is good though!
