I guess the Carpiquet sign didn't fool anyone. Yes, you're all correct...Hell has frozen over, it snowed here last night! and I mean real snow, not sleet or frozen rain like we usually get 'round these here parts. I made the Carpiquet 1km. sign to try and add a litle character to my truck. Thought it would fit in with my 3rd Cdn. Inf. Div. impression. I didn't have to work today, so I'm off to the fireplace and telly for a wee dram!

| Snow?

How can it snow in Texas? Well. it's snowed in the Florida panhandle before so I guess I can go with the amazing fact. This was the scene out of our front bedroom window (New Forest proper at top of road beyond hedge) a year ago. |
