Can this truck be classified as part of this topic?

I'd say no, as it doesn't have the typical features of the Indian Pattern bodies.
Is there a date and location know of this photo?

Unfortunately not known. I have already seen a truck with a similar cab, but could not find out where it was assembled.

I found that photo on eBay: https://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/164151871700
Caption "WW2 British India Army Military Truck Colonial War Vintage Singapore Photo 17847" only gives a bit of a clue...

Found these in the South Australian library archives. Looks like Indian pattern Ford in Nth Africa.

Indeed it is, nice find. Looks a bit like the WOC1 with that front end.
