I have available one Canadian c-broadarrow battledress
In mint condition, appears unissued. White label reads: BATTLE DRESS BLOUSES-SERGE OVERSIZE Size No.31 HEIGHT 6'1" TO 6'2" BREAST 45"-46" UNIFORM CO. REGD. 1941 also has black ink stamping 10 OCT 1941 on same label. On the opposite inside lining the oval company stamping of Uniform Company Reg' Quebec 1941 and C-> This uniform jacket carries corporal stripes, CANADA titles and red 1ST Div patches. I cannot authenticate the patches although they appear to be sewn with period thread in the correct locations and are authentic patches as far as I can tell. I have had this tunic for 20 years and am looking to sell. It is an extremely generous size, very very difficult to find especially in the size and condition. Pants; Appear to me to be post war but match the tunic in colour and material type. Stamping inside reads: BATTLEDRESS TROUSER SERGE Size No.18 HEIGHT 6'1" TO 6'2" WAIST 38" TO 39" These were made in PQ and difficult to read the date but believe 1953 Also appear as unissued and again a very generous size and difficult to find. This would make an excellent set for a re-enactor or mv enthusiast. $350 plus shipping PMs please |
