Default Help please

Have been busy moving house and building sheds for a while, about to start work on the carrier again. Would anyone be able to take time time to post a couple of photos of the brackets that hold the oil cooler bypass valve and fuel tank selector switch on a MK1, along with a photo of the selector switch itself, especially the disc saying where to position the tap. We have found a tap but is missing the disc. We also require some measurements of the firing rest on top of the engine covers as per picture, height front & rear, width, length, thickness etc. Also measurements & location of mounting holes in the top plate of the engine cover for the firing rest & fire extinguisher. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think this is the parts you were asking about. Im not sure what you mean about the disk. The top of the selector switch has the "R" or "L" and "B" cast into the top of it.

The only part I don't have is the oil cooler bypass valve that gets clamped between the tow curved parts. Anyone got one?

Yea thats the one thanks Jordan, great pics. Although its got me wondering if we have the wrong selector switch now. Ours only has 3 screws holding the body parts together & looks to have room for a disc under the tap handle with presumably L & R on it? Thanks for the pics

You probably have an English tap, which is different from Jordans.

Yea you're right Lynn, found a photo and there is a drawing in Nigel Watson's bible showing our tap. Unfortunatly still no clear images of whats on the disc itself.
