Anyone have one or information on a source of them would be appreciated. Diana

I've been trying to source one of these for several years. Even the Israelis from whom I got the 4477 don't have the 2577.

In appearance, it looks like a 25/77 battery box but apparently it has an attached cable which is necessary to power up the amp.

Stuart...if your gonna make "a few" of these wannabe 2577s, I'll buy one from you. You could make a couple of bucks and make a couple of MLUers quite happy.

Just think...using a 25/77 with the booster and working 6m!

Count me in for one of the batch of 2577s if you go ahead. I am a licenced amateur radio op so do use my mil gear, but at present my vehicle restos don't leave much time for researching and building radio stuff. BTW I have 3 radio trucks from 3 different countries. In mil radio gear I have:

Any plans for the power adapters yet? The booster looks a little obvious without a battery pack. ![]() Diana |
