Is this jack correct issue for CMP's world wide or was there other jacks used by different countries?

I can't remember if it was in the old QUAD magazine or in the OMVA's CMP mag, but there was a chart showing the various CMP jacks. As I recall it had both a drawing of each jack, a manufacturers part number, and the applicable vehicle. Seems to me there were about 8 or 10 different jacks.
I have a few of these. As the QMs in the artillery regiment I worked for would clean out their storerooms, a few of the older non-current jacks would find their way over to me.
