In the unlikely event some one has one, I want a number 41 BSA bike saddle either original or repro.

I own a frame - and nothing else! So, any parts for a BSA bike would be welcome.

I was looking at handle bars and front brake calipers on ebay yesterday.

Brooks also still manufacture their entire range of seats which some Para and normal bikes were fitted with. I was not however impressed with the lady on their help-line who when asked (by e-mail) if the company still had any records or could tell me their equvilant of a BSA type 41, told that, she was only 35 so her memory did no go back that far. Very ignorant for a company who base all of their advertising round their heritage. Buying a kit of parts you may however end up paying more than the average £250.00 these bikes are worth. I believe there is a Philips version for sale on Milweb at the moment. |
