It´s found in the Netherlands and 100% WWII (May 1945-December 1946).

It´s certainly 202, on blue.

The only 202 unit I found so far that was around in Holland was 202 Infantry Ordnance Sub-Park, but I have no idea how roadsign- en vehicle-numbers work normally.
