All of the tools that start with GP are from the Ford built Jeep part series. It is easy to find what those are as the Jeep nuts have documented this stuff to death. An example is here: http://www.jeepfabrikken.no/Tooltime.htm

Here is a decent shot of the whole tool kit for the Jeep with part numbers below: https://books.google.ca/books?id=PJ6...wrench&f=false

The rest of the tools appear to be primarily Ford civilian part numbers, which you should be able to google up or search for them on places like ebay, where they usually don't command a lot of money.
