I believe it is for the M101Cdn2 1/4 ton trailer landing leg, otherwise known as the Iltis trailer as well as the M416 1/4 ton trailer. It may also be able to be used on the M100, and the M101 variants that have the swing down landing leg, although the casting on the M100 has the leg bolted on the opposite side and I think there may be an issue with the distance for the plunger holes.
