Jim,

I have described MRF tyres extensively in another thread. Suffice to say I have done over 6,000km mostly long distance high speed running in hot weather but with a number of periods at 12 psi in soft sand on my Dodge WC53 Carryall.

The "tits" are still on the edges of the tread. MRF tyres grip the road when pushing hard around a sharp corner much better than the Goodyear and Firestones they replaced. They are discernably softer compound but still have superior wear characteristics. I will not be going back to American or European 900X16 both for cost and performance reasons.
