I just saw the CTV national news announce that a museum in Quebec has bought one of the 4 retired Canadian diesel submarines. For $4.15 Cdn.

Surely we can all chip in and buy one of the other 3 for Jiff ?

I can just imagine him rising up out of the depths in one, beside a waterfront Ontario Place bar to order yet another single malt scotch.
