1941 Ford fordor question

Hello all,
A friend of mine has bought a 1941 Ford Fordor from the 'States, and his avowed intention is to create a replica of those used in North Africa (I'm not keen on this sort of this sort of thing really, but it's his car). Well, In any case, does anybody have any other 'photos of one of these Fords in military garb, or any idea on markings?
