Fletch, try contacting Nigel Watson (he is on here too) he has a list of most the carriers that are working or under restoration within the UK.
i only know of a few carrier owners in the UK Kevin Powles (Collector) Nick Bullock (CMP and Carrier collector) Barry Read (collector) Shaun Hindle (Tramps in Armour / East England Military Museum) Nigel Watson (author of the carrier books, www.universalcarrierbook.co.uk) sorry if i have missed anyone.... however all the above people are on this forum Richard
