Hi Adam!
Good to reconnect with you. We use the 45mm all the time in various events. It has become a major favourite of our local cadets as it is light enough for them to handle. Do you still have the M151? Getting cast repros of the stacey attachment would be prohibitively expensive which is why we went the welded up replica route. As I promised, I'll dig up photos this weekend.
