F15 chassis: differences between Cab 11/12 and Cab 13?

Another difference that nobody has mentioned is the steering box bolts go down through the frame rails on an 11 or 12 cab and the cab 13 has that bracket to move the box outwards a couple of inches. This is to make up for the wider cab on the Cab 13s.

In other words they are the same general cab mounting, pedals and steering box changes between cab 11/2 and 13 as the heavier Ford range.
