Yes the modern road lights are on a light bar which is on quick release. I have a small panel in the front which i can cover up. Yes if you want to stay within the law in the UK you will need modern lights. However in the sticks I know guys that don't bother. But as I live near London and have taken part in main events in the centre of town it's a must.
