As far as M151A2 use in Petawawa goes, I know that 2 Field Ambulance used them and 2 Combat Engineer Regiment and 2 Military Police Platoon did not.

According to the EDR Viewer, the Canadian Airborne Regiment and 2 Field Ambulance were the only users in Petawawa.
