mine had like a battleship grey primer, then the olive drab, then a truck load of red.....some white in places too.... be carefull when stripping that stuff off, and make sure that when you come to re prime you use an etch primer (if going onto bare metal) i have etch primed mine then a second layer of red oxide then 4 coats of base.
