2 pounder elevation wheel help

Can anyone in the world help? I'd like to replace the mangle wheel that is currently on my 2 pounder for something more correct. I heard that someone in Oz was going to cast some, but nothing happened. I'd like to buy (or borrow one to get one cast). Like the one in this pic. Ron
