CMP body info required

hi guys,
I am a new member and as I am disabled and can no longer do up the real thing I instead do 1/35 museum quality scale models. I am researching CMP's and have a commercial kit of a #12 cab Ford Quad gun tractor and also a # 13 cab chev 15CWT. I wish to home mold the fronts and do a line of CMP's with different bodies on.

I e-mailed Mike Kelley for info (measurements, photos etc) of the GS and van bodies etc as fitted to CMP's.I am also very interested in details of the wreaker versions. Mike suggested that I contact you guys and ask if anyone knows were I could purchase the book -"Canadian Vehicle Profiles" by Bill Greggs.

If anyone could help with the above information I would be grateful.
