Hi Grant
Found the earlier thread http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7277 , and I looked through a large number of photos in my collection which covered Pattern 11 through late Pattern 13 and I did find pictures of horizontal mounted towing Ds (after reading Graeme's post) on some 15cwt and all HUPs (C8).
