Default Remembrance Day Huntsville 2012

Hi guys,

Our group has continued to make minor refinements to the Huntsville Legion MkII 1944 Universal Carrier. I still need to take a metal detector out to the original property where the carrier was "fetched" from to see if I can find the front and right side gunner armour and we are still looking for accessories - Bren Gun, Boys Rifles, Radio - to continue dressing it out.

Anyways, it was real nice to get 3 WWII veterans in the back of the carrier on Sunday and take her town the street with the Legion Pipe Band. First gear only!

Next year, we hope to have a larger parade, not only the carrier but some CMP's, a Willy's jeep and maybe a couple of newer Itis.

Cheers!
