Difficult to tell.
It's a right hand drive three ton 41-45 Dodge, presumably Canadian. Headlights are wrong, or at least in the wrong place. Towel rail bar missing at the front. Body looks like a standard Budd cargo body appropriate for the wheelbase, but I'd expect a wooden body - might be original, might be a transplant from a CCKW Images are really too small to say much more.
