Default A1 CDN2 Bellcrank bracket part identification

I was wondering if anyone knew what the part number, or possibly numbers, as it looks like it might be two pieces, or availability of the seal/seals on the pictures of this bell crank bracket? I have never seen them mentioned anywhere in the manuals or parts books I've looked at nor listed anywhere...

I think this and springs will probably work for my center tie rod issue... I've considered a trimmed hockey puck but would prefer the actual parts :-)

Thanx
Warren
