Hi Lynn
As I understand it, the wearing of current issue military uniforms is only permitted to serving members of the armed forces, although how can it be argued that it is any different if a person purchased surplussed uniforms from military surplus store? I would think that vintage uniforms cannot possibly fall under any kind of stipulation as they are no longer in service or recognized as being current.
