Harry,
There are two possibilites. The rims on the bigger blitz were wider but more likely the 10.50x16 were legal on the standard rim. As I said above, the old type tyres were MUCH narrower across the bead and could take narrower rims legally. If you can find 10.50x16 (the only place I know of is Wallace Wade in USA- $311 each) you would be OK but if you are putting modern tyres on you are outside the box. Lang
