Default Canvas cover

15' x 20' .
C01UC 100719 Cover, Canvas (U.K. #0355) Used on each of the four Ford Canada carrier versions, 1941 MKI*, 1942 Mortar Carrier, 1942 2 Pdr., 1943 Welsh Guard Stowage NO-2 MKII*.

Often referred to as Universal Carrier tarpaulin, the Canadian Army Director of Mechanical Maintenance issued a Modification Bulletin # M-2 dated 4-2-44 for a tarpaulin support with detachable side braces to facilitate storage of the support brackets. Originally intended for dead storage as laid down in Service Information Bulletin A-3.
A wealth of useless knowledge.

Jordan B may have an image or two of this support in use to keep bird and raccoon droppings off.
