Quick! Somebody notify Ottawa

According to this mornings Portland Oregon newspapers, the US Navy has decided not to repair the USS Miami, the Los Angeles Class submarine damaged by some wing nut setting fire to it in dry dock a few months back. This should make a great addition to the RCN submarine fleet and they should be able to purchase it for a amazing price as it has already been pre damaged!!
