Default C15ta

I am just writing about the C15TA trucks. There appears to have been two versions initially before the C15AA fully-armoured versions: C15TA-ARMD-1 [Personnel Carrier] and ARMD-1WT Wireless Car. On the WC photo there is the expected 'W/T' but on the Personnel version there is an 'O'. I know 'S' = radio suppressed but please excuse my igmorance but what does 'O' stand for please?

So far I have come across just two contracts: Canadian LV 2524 and British S/M 2611. There seems to be no seperate contract for British W/T trucks.
