It does look small, judging by the aerosol can. An oil cooler wouldn't have those fittings. It will be a radiator. It would have to be part of a tandem radiator set up, or has a remote filler in the top. The little fitting would be an air bleed line? It is not Vickers LT, or Valentine. Is it too small for the likes of the Cruiser tanks (I am only stabbing in the dark, as I have no idea if Leyland ML was involved)
Does that prompt anything Richard? What about a power pack of some sort? Just my thoughts.
