Default Anyone Remember

Back in the 1980's, I recall a company in England somewhere that dealt with surplus armour and artillery. They had quite a number of Saladan and Saracen MV's and I think were the local dealers for the Grizzlys that came out of Portugal around that time. A small quantity of German 88 pieces also came out of Portugal around then ( about a half dozen or so.

Does anyone recall the actual name of the company, where they were located and if they are still around? The name Budge sticks in my mind, but that does not guarantee much these days.
