All engine covers were punched for all the plate options and sometimes even more were added.
The basic ones were the gearshift and capacities plate and then the four wheel drive warning above it, then next to the driver were the lubrication plate and behind that (on factory winch equipped trucks) the winch cable plate. The example here is one from a FGT.
