Artillery bit

Hi Ian,
Great photo of your Uncle.
I believe rob is correct in this being a 6 pounder.

An Ex Artillery Officer once corrected me when I called one of these an Artillery piece. His correction was quite colourful but instructive.
"The Army use those, they are an anti tank guns".
