Default RCA 119AA early 1950's

A photo of the 119 Bty. I don't know the date, but I assume it's early 1950's. I am also not sure of the location, but I think it's Gordon Head in Victoria, now the campus of the University of Victoria. Any comments?

Might have posted this earlier but didn't see it in my "statistics" Sorry if tls a re-post.

Jon
