Richard, You might contact an outfit called U-SHIP. They co-ordinate shipping & arrange partial loads. The resulting costs are favourable.
You might also have someone find a box or crate for the radio. Care must be taken to use the correct materials though. Wood must be either all plywood or chemically treated. I have seen military surplus plastic boxes large & strong enough for a 19 set. |
