Default CANADIAN M1 Garand and Carbine - their manuals, photos etc.

i am researching the limited Canadian military use of the Rifle, .30 Calibre M1 (Garand) and .30 Carbines.

There was very limited use by Canada in WWII, then again in the 1950s and 1960s. We had planned to use American small arms and the Canadian Army printed up manuals for the M1 rifle, BAR etc. The brigade we sent to Germany was going to use these, but since it ended up being attached to the British, it was equipped with British/Canadian small arms. The RCAF used American small arms in the 1950s-1960s.

I am looking for anything related to the Canadian military use of the Rifle, .30 Calibre, M1 (Garand) and M1/M1A1/M2 Carbine such as:

- Canadian Army manual on the rifle, .30 Cal M1 (believed to be an edition of CAMT 7-1) and Carbine (if such existed)
- RCAF manual on M1 rifle (if such existed) and Carbine (if such existed)
- Cdn Army EME and RCAF Armourer's instructions on the M1 rifle and Carbine
- Ephemera (paper) such as Canadian weapons qualification records mentioning the .30 Cal Rifle M1 & Carbine
- Canadian marked and/or Canadian marked packaged accessories and parts
- RCAF marked M1 bayonet (they do exist)
- M1A1 folding stock assembly
- photos showing the M1 Garand and Carbine in Canadian military service e.g. In old issues of the RCAF ROUNDEL magazine
- Canadian issue marked M1 Garand rifle and .30 Carbine. I know C/|\ marked Garands and Carbines exist. We're any stamped "RCAF" like some of the Lee-Enfield No. 4 rifles?
- M1C sniper rifle (preferably with at least the Griffin & Howe scope mount base in place)

Where the original item(s) is (are) not for sale or trade, I would still like to know about them for research purposes. Regarding the firearms, if not available, then knowing the models, serial numbers, barrel dates types and locations and types of Canadian markings and makers' names would be most useful for research. Privacy for the owner if so desired.

Thank you,
