i have several from 41-47 vintage there the same. Waltham is the maker. the hole opening would need to be 10.5"x4" to fit the chrome thru.the soild body that the chrome is attached to is 10.625"x5" c i'll post a picture tomorrow of the unit in question. it appeers to be the same that's in in francis picture.
